In the event that your pet becomes ill during his/her stay at Kingsmark Kennels and we need to seek medical attention which is your choice:

Medical Services Options*
- It is not necessary to contact me, please have my pet seen by a certified veterinarian. Process with medical care as recommended by a certified veterinarian.
- Please try to contact me at the phone numbers below. If no one can be reached, proceed with the medical car as recommended by a certified veterinarian.
If my pet requires medical attention during his/her stay, I understand that I will be responsible for any charges incurred for the care of my pet(s) at the time of their release as well as the $25 transportation fee.
